due to the personal nature of skincare products, all soap sales are final once opened or used. However, we want every customer to be happy with their experience.

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery if:

Your item arrived damaged

  • You received the wrong product

  • Your product was defective in any way

To qualify, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  2. A description of the issue

  3. A photo of the product if damaged

If approved, we will offer:

  • A replacement product

  • Or a refund to your original payment method
